Barbecued Beef Patty has exotic taste of the charcoal smoke and it is tender too. Easy to make and excellent for beef burgers [HomeMade].. This very simple recipe and equally Healthy too. No oil used and no fat meat....
Ingredients:
Minced Beef meat 1/2 kg.
8 - 10 Shallots.
Small bunch of Parsley.
3-4 Green Chilli
Salt to taste
1/2 Tablespoon of thick Curd [meat tenderizer]
Preparation Method:
Step 1: Chop the shallots, chilli and parsley into fine pieces. And mix all the ingredients together and make sure it is mixed thoroughly.
Step 2: Fire up the Grill and Make small patties, if possible circular LOL.. i couldn't get it circular... Then place the patties in the hot grill.
Step 3: Keep flipping the patties for every one minute till the way you like your meat. Medium Rare in about 4 minutes to Well Done in 8 minutes.
Once the patty is ready, you can have it directly or with a sauce or with salad or between burger buns with some cheese and veggies. Good and Healthy way to eat.. Happy cooking!!!
