Simple Chicken Fry....

 This is one of my Dad's favorite dish made by his Dad for him. Grand-father owned a poultry shop and they use to have chicken for dinner almost every day. This recipe simple and taste very very chickelicious... This one of the quick recipes and I made little tweaks....


Ingredients: 
1 kg of Chicken.
2 medium sized Onions.
2 medium sized Tomatoes.
3 Red chillies.
1 Bay leaf.
3 Cloves.
Few Pepper Corns.
1/4 inch of Cinnamon.
Small bunch of Curry leaves.
1 tablespoon of Oil.
Salt to taste.

Preparation Method:
Step 1: Heat the oil in frying pan enough to hold the chicken pieces. Add the cloves, Cinnamon, pepper corns and bay leaf. Once you get the aroma of the spices add the sliced onions and Red chillies.


Step 2: Once the onions are translucent add chopped tomatoes and salt. Cook till the tomates are cooked.


Step 3: Now add the chicken pieces and little water. Once the water starts to boil reduce the heat to low and cook the chicken covered.


Once the chicken is ready add finely chopped curry leaves and cut the heat. Rest the chicken for a minute before serving. This simple and excellent side dish that you won't forget. Happy Cooking !!!
