Biryani #2.. Mushroom Biryani..

 This is one my repeated dish, I have cooked this literally over 1000 times. This one of usual way of making Biryani. Just to have a small twist in the Mushroom biryani I have added few baby corns ;). Here is how to cook it ;-p..
Ingredients: 
All Spices [Check here for Spices]
2 packets of Mushroom
1 packet of Baby-Corns
2 Cups of Rice.
2 medium size Onions.
4 Green chillis.
Small bunch of Coriander.
Small bunch of Pudina/Mint leaves.
2 tablespoons of Ginger Garlic paste.
2 tablespoons of Oil
Salt to taste.

Preparation Method:
Step 1: Heat the oil in heavy bottom pan and add the spices then the chopped onions and chilli. Once tmhe onions are translucent add ginger garlic paste and saute it for a minute.


Step 2: Now add finely chopped coriander and mint leaves, cook it till the leaves cooked.


Step 3: Add enough salt and chilli powder if required then add the rice, corn and mushrooms. Pour in enough water for the rice to cook.


Step 4: Once the biryani is ready, replace the biryani to different pan/serving bowl so that the rice becomes less sticky ;-p.


Biryani will be good when severed hot with cold raita. Nothing can beat that combination. This biryani will taste better if it is spicy n less spicy sometimes makes it sweet. Spicyness depends on personal prefernce. Happy Cooking!!!
