Grilled Chicken with a Twist...

This is one of my favorite dish with few versions. Grilled Chicken - Simple and Easy to cook. Before buying a Charcoal Barbeque I used to cook this in gas stove using a small grill. To get the smokey flavor i recommend a charcoal barbeque, none the less using a gas grill also tastes good.


Ingredients:
2 pieces of Chicken breast.
1 small cup of curd.
1 Tablespoon of red chilli powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of black pepper powder.
Salt to taste.


Preparation Method:
Step 1: Marinate the chicken with curd, chili powered, pepper and salt.


Step 2: Rest it for atleast 30 mins. In the Mean time fire up the grill.


Step 3: When the grill is nice and hot. place the chicken carefully on the grill and cook each sides for three minutes and then turn it every minute for 4 times. chicken should be perfectly cooked.


Server the Chicken when it is hot with Mayo or Mint chutney. If you overcook the chicken, it will become hard and dry to eat. Just make sure you take out the chicken when it is still juicy and soft.


This happened to be my favorite dish, since my Dad use to make this for me and we even use to deep fry the chicken which will give you a different taste. However for people who say "Health Conscious" grilled is one way of having chicken ;-p.
